Pick up cylinders

  • Can I pick up my cylinders locally?
    You can pick up your gases and gas equipment directly from one of our outlets, agencies or partner companies. Click here to find the nearest sales point. We always recommend contacting the point of sale in advance to ensure that your desired gases are in stock.

  • Can I place an order via the webshop and pick it up somewhere?
    At this moment it is not possible to place a pickup order via the webshop. Please contact the point of sale to pick up your order.



Order status

  • When will my order be delivered?
    If you order before 10:00, your order may be delivered the very next day (depending on the delivery area), unless you have entered a different delivery date. If you have ordered via the webshop then the delivery date is indicated on the order confirmation.

  • How do I follow the status of my delivery?
    If you are logged in, go to "My Account" and choose "Orders and Deliveries". There you can see the status of your delivery. If you want more information about the status of your delivery, please contact us via live chat (during business hours).



Delivery documents

  • How can I view and download my delivery documents?
    - Log in to the webshop and go to ´my account´.
    - In my account click on ´orders & deliveries´.
    - Select the desired delivery address from the dropdown menu.
    - Next you have the possibility to search on delivery document number. You can also use the filters to find the delivery document you need.
    - In the list of orders there is a column ´related documents´ on the right. Here you click on ´view documents´ and you have the possibility to view the corresponding document.
    - After you have clicked on the option ´view documents´ a new window will appear that provides you the option to download the delivery document.
    - Please note that it can take up to two working days before the delivery document is available in the webshop for download.

  • Is there a difference between the digital delivery document and the paper delivery document?
    No, the digital delivery document contains the same information as the paper delivery document in DIN A4 format. The only difference is how the document is signed.

  • How long does it take for a delivery document to be visible in the web shop?
    Delivery documents can usually be viewed and downloaded within 2 working days after delivery.

  • I need a delivery document immediately after delivery. Can Linde offer me a solution for this?
    Yes, we can send these to you by email within one hour of delivery. This first requires a registration of your email address. You can use this link to enter an email address for each installed tank and/or delivery address for cylinders.

  • How can I change the email address(es) stored for the email service?
    Via this link you can cahnge the email address where you will receive the digital documents.

  • How many email addresses can I submit for the email service?
    You can enter a maximum of one email address per delivery location.

  • Why does Linde recommend specifying a general/shared email address for the email service?
    In larger organizations, it is convenient to specify a shared email address, for example, so that several colleagues can access the delivery documents. This is very useful if, for example, someone is on vacation or out of work. It is sometimes forgotten to notify Linde of the change and with a shared mailbox, the emails keep coming in. Of course, if you don't have a general or shared e-mail address, you can always log in to your online account and look up your delivery documents there.

  • I still need an original (paper) delivery document. Is this possible?
    No this is unfortunately no longer possible as we will be working 100% paperless. You can print the document after receipt by e-mail or after download from the web shop.

  • Why do I sometimes still receive a paper/hardcopy delivery document?
    In order to guarantee high delivery reliability and efficiency, deliveries can also be made across national borders. Not all our vehicles are equipped with the right hardware yet.

  • I cannot find all delivery documents in the customer portal. How is this possible?
    The digital delivery documents are usually visible in the customer portal within two working days. However, in isolated cases this can also take a few working days. Printed delivery notes are scanned by us and can be viewed after 4-6 weeks. The original printout of the delivery document is handed over on site at the time of delivery.



Delivery outside Benelux

  • Is it possible to deliver my order outside the Benelux?
    Linde Gas Benelux only delivers in the Netherlands, Belgium or Luxembourg. If you would like to have your order delivered to another country, please contact customer service via live chat (during business hours) or via our online contact form.



Complaint about delivery

  • A product is missing from my delivery. What should I do?
    It is possible that the order is spread over several deliveries. You can check this by choosing "Orders and deliveries" in the "My account" environment. There you can see if your order has been spread over multiple deliveries. If this is not the case, please contact our customer service via the live chat (during office hours) or via our online contact form.

  • The wrong product has been delivered. What should I do?
    Please contact our customer service via live chat (business hours) or via our online contact form. Please have the delivery document number or order number ready so we can help you quickly.

  • My order was delivered to another location. What should I do?

  • My order has not been delivered. What should I do?
