Place an order

  • How do I place an order?
    After logging in, you can use the catalog or search bar to find the products you want. If you want to order gas, you can specify the package or cylinder size for the desired gas. Then you can specify how many you want to order and how many empty cylinders you want to have returned. Once you have added all the products to your cart, you can choose the delivery location during the ordering process and submit any comments to our customer service team. Think of special delivery instructions, the contact person on site or a request for products you want to order that are not yet available online. After completing the order you will receive a confirmation email and your order will be processed.

  • Why can't I place an order?
    There are restrictions on ordering certain gases online if these products are classified as hazardous materials. We must verify your delivery address before we can deliver these products. Once your delivery address is approved, you can order these products online. Products that are subject to restrictions are marked as such in the webshop. When you order these products, your delivery address will be verified and any restrictions will be identified. Re-ordering

  • How can I easily reorder the same order?
    If you have placed an existing order that you would like to save as a ´standard order´, you should go to the ´my account´ environment and choose ´orders & deliveries´. You can use the search function to look up the order. If you then click on the order to open it, the details of the order will appear and you will have the option to save the order as a template. You can then use the My Account area to look up your standard orders and change them if necessary or re-order them directly.

  • Why can't I order online as a Linde Gas Cryoservices customer?
    Linde Gas Benelux and Linde Gas Cryoservices are registered separately at the Chamber of Commerce and therefore two separate legal entities. According to the General Data Protection Regulation (AVG), no personal data can be exchanged between companies. However, to be able to order from the Linde Gas webshop as a customer of Linde Gas Cryoservices, you must first register as a customer of Linde Gas Benelux. Fill in your details via the online contact form and we will get back to you as soon as possible.



Ordering special gases

  • Can I order special gas mixtures in the webshop?
    Most gas mixtures are available online, but not all special gas mixtures are available. If you cannot find the mixture you want, request it through SPECIFY. This is a quote calculator where you can put together your own gas. For more information, contact our customer service team via live chat or through our online contact form.

  • Can I customize my gas mix at Linde?
    Yes, you can. You can customize your gas mix via our gas calculator tool SPECIFY.

  • Does Linde also have high purity gases that cannot be ordered through the webshop?
    Linde Gas Benelux has a Specialty Gases department that can inform you about the range of high purity gases. Please contact our HiQ® desk on tel. 0313 - 490 440 or by email via HiQ.lg.nl@linde.com.

  • I need advice on ordering special gases. Where should I do?
    Linde Gas Benelux has a Specialty Gases department that can inform you on the availability of specific gas mixtures. Please contact our HiQ® desk on tel. 0313 - 490 440 or by email via HiQ.lg.nl@linde.com. You can also use our SPECIFY gas calculator to compile your own gas mixture and put in a request for a quotation.

  • I have received the wrong special gas mixture. What should I do?

  • I need a regulator for my special gases. How can I order one?
    Our webshop offers the HIQ Redline C300 series which is particularly suitable for special gases and meets high standards of purity, density and safety. If you cannot find the regulator you need in our webshop, please contact our HiQ® desk on tel. 0313 - 490 440 or by email via HiQ.lg.nl@linde.com.

  • Can I order bulk gases via the webshop?
    At this time, it is not yet possible to order bulk gases via the webshop.

  • I need to receive new cylinders today, how do I arrange this?
    For rush orders, please send an email to bestelling@linde.com with the subject line "RUSH ORDER". Please make sure you include the following information:

    Customer number
    Delivery day and time
    Location
    Products
    Timeframe when someone will be present
    In case of bundles whether a forklift is present
    Contact person on site
    Phone number of contact person on site
    Agreeing to the rush order fee
